These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through www.envelopes.net.au. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

2.2 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods or send a separate order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.

2.3 You will receive an automated acknowledgement on ordering; this confirms receipt only and is not an acceptance.

3. Prices and GST

3.1 All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 We may update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Import Duties and Customs

4.1 Orders are dispatched from our European warehouse. For shipments with a customs value of AUD 1,000 or more, Australian customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by the buyer.

4.2 For information on applicable thresholds and duties, refer to the Australian Border Force.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. International transit typically takes 5–15 business days.

5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or events beyond our control.

6. Payment

6.1 Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

6.2 Transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

7. Australian Consumer Law — Your Statutory Rights

7.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7.2 These statutory consumer guarantees apply in addition to, and cannot be limited by, anything in these terms.

8. Change of Mind Returns

8.1 You may return goods within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

8.2 Return shipping costs are at your expense for change of mind returns.

9. Defective or Incorrect Goods

9.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

9.2 We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

9.3 Distinction between change of mind and consumer guarantee claim: For change of mind returns (section 8), return shipping is at your cost. For defective or incorrect goods (section 9), return shipping is at our cost.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, where you are a consumer in Australia, the mandatory protections of the Australian Consumer Law apply and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
